Ignite Youth: Winter Retreat
This year, Penn-York Camp’s Ignite Youth will be hosting a Winter Retreat, on February 7th – 9th and we are inviting all churches to join us. Camp will provide programming, activities, meals, and teaching led by Pastor Matt Carswell.
Penn-York Camp recommends that you attend with your local youth group. However, if that isn’t possible, you can attend as an individual.
Weekend Information:
Dates: Friday, Feb. 7 - Sunday, Feb. 9
Drop Off: 4:30 – 5:30 p.m. on Friday
Pick Up: 2 p.m. on Sunday

Weekend Theme: “Put On” with devotions coming from Ephesians 6:10-20.
Note for Church and Youth Leaders:
If you are a youth leader and interested in bringing your youth group. Please call us. We can get you more information including the weekend schedule and how parents from your youth group can sign their students up under your church’s name.
Each youth group is expected to bring leaders to supervise their own students and stay in cabins with the students. Camp will provide programming, activities, teaching, and meals, but there will also be some free time for groups to spend together. Time will also be provided for youth leaders to spend discussing message topics with their youth.
Each church will have a cabin for boys and a cabin for girls. Leaders are expected to stay in the cabins with their students and should provide leaders for each gender. If assistance is needed in providing leaders, please contact Penn-York Camp. Smaller churches or churches with leadership needs may be combined in cabins.
All leaders who attend must provide current clearances to the PYC office. If leaders do not have current clearances, they must allow PYC to run background checks prior to the start of the weekend.
Ignite Youth: is a monthly community youth group put on by Penn-York Camp. It is led by Gary and Melody Crawford as well as Matt Carswell.
