Pennsylvania Dutch Dinner
Good food, friends, and fellowship.
We are pleased to announce our 2026 Pennsylvania Dutch Dinner fundraiser! This event will be held Saturday, April 18th. Doors open at 5:30, with the meal served at 6 p.m.

RSVP Required: Tickets can be reserved by calling our office.

We will be serving our Traditional Pa Dutch dinner menu, including everyone’s favorite Ham Loaf. This meal is prepared by the Ladies Auxiliary and this is always an amazing time together filled with great food, good fellowship and inspiring testimonies and plans of God’s awesome work here at PYC! It continues to remain a favorite to so many who love Camp!

This fundraising event is a great way to introduce Penn-York Camp to friends and those who may be interested in the ministry of PYC. Our members, supporters and volunteers are what keep us going and continuing our mission.
We are looking for Table Sponsors, Table Hosts, and Volunteers who are the key to a successful event. Would you consider helping in one of the following ways to enable us to fill 25 tables this spring?

Table Sponsors – Contribute a minimum of $160 to cover the cost of 8 seats at a table.
Table Hosts – Invite and fill a table of 8. You will be sent 8 tickets to pass out including your own.
Table Sponsor/Hosts – Will cover the cost of the table “Plus” bring 7 guests along with you.
Volunteers - Individuals who love to help with set up, parking, serving and/or cleanup.
Attendees - If you would like to come but don’t want to fill a whole table, let us know and we will send you tickets.
If you cannot join us but would still like to donate to this fundraiser, we would be blessed by your support and we would be honored to add your name or business to this evenings brochure.
