1. What are your facilities like?

 

Our facilities are well maintained and kept up to date. For photos and detailed descriptions of our facilities, please check out the different tabs under our facilities page, or you can give us a call and schedule a tour.

 

2. How many people can you house?

 

We can comfortably house 140 people. We do have overflow options for groups that may be a little larger. Our Alpine Gym can seat a group of 500 people in a conference setting.

 

3. When are you open for rental?

 

Our facilities are well maintained, heated, and prepared to accommodate groups all year. During the month of July, we run our summer camps and our facilities are not available for rental then.

 

4. How do I book?

 

Give our office a call. We would love to discuss options for the needs of your group.

 

5. What are your guidelines for a stay?

6. What kind of events can you host?

 

We host a wide variety of group events here. From conferences, to retreats, to challenge course, to ground rentals. Give us a call. Chances are, we can accommodate your needs.

 

7. Can you prepare meals for our group?

 

Yes. We can prepare meals for groups over ten people. For smaller groups, there is a kitchen in the Alpine or Retreat House that may be available for you to prepare your own meals.

 

8. Is there WIFI or TV?

 

There is WIFI access in all of our buildings. We do not have TV here.

 

9. Are your cabins heated?

 

Yes, all of our buildings are heated and can be used year round.

 

You will need to bring your own bedding and toiletries. These are not provided by the camp unless noted otherwise.

 

11. Do you allow alcohol or smoking?

 

Alcoholic beverages are prohibited. Smoking is permitted outdoors only, and grounds must be kept clean.

 

12. Do we get a host during our stay?

 

Yes, we provide a host for every guest group who attends PYC. The host will introduce themselves when you arrive, be around to answer your questions, and leave you a number to get a hold of them. They are here to help assist your group with PYC policies and make sure your stay is a good one. It is not their responsibility to organize or oversee your group's programming.
