44th Annual Benefit Auction

Penn-York Camp's 44th Annual Benefit Auction over Labor Day Weekend!

Thank you to Tim Kaltenbach Sr. & Family Professional Auction Services for what they do for the youth in our communities.

​

Once again, we are truly blessed as our anonymous donor that has graciously offered to match every dollar raised during this event.  All donations/sales will be “Doubled”!

​

Schedule:

• Pancake Breakfast at 7 - 8:30 a.m.

• Live Worship from 8 - 9:30 a.m.

• Auction begins at 10 a.m.

  • Chambersburg Peaches and fruit from Andrews Farm Market, pies, canned goods, tools, homemade items, quilts, furniture, and so much more.​

• Yard Sale during the auction. - Hosted by Jody Dean​

• Stearns Chicken BBQ at 12 p.m. (Served at a separate tent near the Pavilion.)​

  •  $12/meal - $8/half - BBQ chicken, Salt Potatoes, baked beans, coleslaw, desert and drink.

  • Note: Chicken BBQ is first come first serve. No pre-sales.
