Explorer Camp gives amazing opportunities for campers who love the outdoors to experience God’s creation “first hand!” Explorer Camp is located a short hiking distance away from main camp, but still close enough to enjoy all of camp’s activities. Explorer campers sleep in hammocks, tents or lean-to’s. They learn how to cook and prepare meals over campfires and gain many outdoor living skills, all while staying connected with our Christ-centered programming. In addition, explorer campers will also spend 1-2 nights on an off-site trip.

Explorer 2 will be taking their off site trip Hills Creek State Park. This is a beautiful state park with lots of hiking, boating, and swimming options.

Required Deposit: $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure registration and discounts.

Total Payment: PYC requests that the total cost of camp be paid before arrival to help speed up the check-in process.
