Back-Up Generator System

While it doesn't happen often, camp does occasionally experience power outages. When this happens we are currently able to provide limited power to our kitchen and one of the camp wells. While we have made this work it takes a lot for our maintenance team. We are unable with our current system to run our entire kitchen so a maintenance person has to be on site to be switching breakers between freezers and other kitchen equipment.
Our goal is to raise $65,000, which would allow us to install what is needed to power all of camp. This would allow us to function at full capacity even with a power outage. We wouldn't loose the heat in our buildings during power outages, and the camp could also be an emergency shelter for the community during natural disasters like the recent flooding.
