Discounts & Financial Aid
Don't let the price of camp stop you from coming.
It is our desire at PYC that every child should have the opportunity to experience the joys of summer camp. While we work hard to keep the prices of our camps low, we know that every situation is different and we don't want your son or daughter to miss out because of the cost to come. Because of this, we have made several discounts available. If you are affiliated with a church, we would also encourage you to discuss camp with your church leadership. Many churches in the area will help with the cost of camp.
If you have any questions. Please reach out to us.
We look forward to seeing you at camp!

What are camperships?
Penn-York Camp’s Board of Directors would like to see every child have the opportunity to attend summer camp. To make this goal a reality, they have set up the campership fund to help absorb the cost of camp for families. This fund is supported by generous donors, churches, and organizations. Campership aid is available to all families who cannot afford the entire price of camp.
To request a campership aid discount, simply complete the "Campership Aid Form" and submit it along with the registration form. The Campership Aid Form can be completed online during the online registration process or you can request a discount when registering over the phone.
The Small Print:
$25 non-refundable deposit is required to activate any campership aid awarded.
Campership aid will only be awarded to campers signing up for camp at Penn-York Camp
Campership aid awarded does not roll over to the following year.
Penn-York Camp reserves the right to have the final review and either approve, adjust, or decline campership requests.
